After 8 years of being a Certified Sexual Wellness Educator and Intimacy Product Specialist, I wanted to provide more in-depth education and support to my clients.
That led me to investing 2.5 years (and 750 hours) of training with Sex Coach U to obtain my Certification as a Sex Coach and Certified Clinical Sexologist with the American Board of Sexology (ABS cert 23186).
As a Certified Sexologist and Relationship Coach, I specialize in guiding both women and men on their journey to break the cycle of choosing emotionally unavailable partners.
Throughout my career, I've discovered that the heart of many relationship issues lies in the patterns we unconsciously repeat. These patterns often lead us to people who, for various reasons, can't or won't meet our emotional needs. It's a cycle that can leave us feeling drained, undervalued, and disconnected.
But here's the good news - it's a cycle that can be broken.
As someone who has walked this path personally and emerged on the other side, I understand the challenges and frustrations intimately. My own experiences have fueled my passion for helping others find the love and connection they deserve.
My approach is holistic, combining the science of sexology with empathetic, personalized coaching. Whether it's exploring attachment styles, improving communication, or rebuilding self-esteem, I'm here to provide the tools and support you need.
But this journey is about more than just avoiding certain types of partners. It's about discovering what makes you truly happy, understanding your own worth, and learning how to establish healthy, fulfilling relationships. It's about transforming the way you relate to yourself and others.
So, if you're ready to break free from the cycle of emotional unavailability and step into a future of healthier, more rewarding relationships, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Let's embark on this journey together!
